It is my deepest honor to be a vessel for these prayers. They come not from me but through me, and I have woven them together as a special bundle, an offering from my heart. I call it A Sacred Invitation. It is a collection of mantra, meditation, asana and insights that are strung together with intention and love. The invitation is to recognize the sacred in everything and to remember your inner sacredness through the practices of yoga. I weave these offerings together with the intention that it will open the next doorways for your personal practices and mine.
