What have you been avoiding within the self? What interactions in your daily life to you find yourself pulling back from? How does the experience of aversion keep you from fully embracing your life?
Our Summer Seeker Yoga Immersion will hold a safe container to ask these challenging questions as modalities for growth.
The Das Mahavidays (10 Wisdom Goddesses) will guide us through this deep inner self study
Join Justyn and Meredith for a weekend immersion of fierce Goddess energy, vulnerability and yoga study. We will light up the fire of inner self discovery with dynamic movement, breath work, sound healing, mantra and mudra.
