A deep dive study and remembering of the siddhis (powers)

that are activated in the womb space.

The Seeker Yoga School and Ohana Kava invite you to a 4 day yoga immersion in San Diego, CA. Our study focus for the weekend will welcome wisdom from the womb, the sacral chakra and the Goddess Lajjra Gauri.

 

As Yogini practitioners there is often a lack of accessibility to the teachings of yoga from a female perspective. Popular yoga practices + western influences have reinforced narratives around our natural powers of feminity as being "bad" or a "burden". Many of us did not receive a positive message around stepping into womanhood or accurate yoga instruction that considers the female cycles and have therefore been disconnected from the power that resides in our wombs. Part of our awakening as female Seekers is to remember and re-active connection to our inherent wisdom and magic. 

During our weekend together we will activate teachings and rituals that reinforce our feminie power. We will study the second chakra, the female siddhis of the womb and the Goddess Lajjra Gauri. We will invite in the wisdom of our ancestors, the ancient teachings of the Yoginis and our inherent intuition to lift back any veils of shame and reclaim the power of our bodies.
