Winter Solstice 1 Day Immersion

Join us for a 1 Day ALL YOGIS Immersion in celebration of the Winter Solstice. We will be exploring wisdom through energy of forgiveness, working with the resistances we have to the darkness and cultivating dream practices. Take a mini deep dive into the spaces we often avoid and learn how to integrate light and dark in non-duality. We will activate tools to help us move through limited beliefs and fears that keep us from going deeper in self-study. Through the reflections of wisdom sharing, we will remember there is never anything to fear.
